In math this week we will be working on Topic 16. We will continue working on the math vocabulary term quizes. Please see your child's assignment book so you know what words to study. Please continue to practice your math facts! We will continue having the timed fact tests after we have completed the geometry quizes.
In ELA we will be practicing with the spelling, grammar, and vocabulary for "Lost City." Please refer to your Family Times newsletter for all the information you need to study. Spelling pretest will be on Monday. Spelling post- test and grammar test will be on Thursday. Due to the short week we will not be doing the story vocabulary, so there will be no test on that this week. We will not be reading the story this week, as we are continuing to work with short stories to practice skills for the PSSAs.
The PSSAs are coming up quickly. They will take place during April. Please make sure to practice the skills that are coming home with your child for homework. This will help them prepare for the standardized tests.
Monday is day 6 and we will have Study Island with Mr. Glessner.
There is no school on Friday March 25th due to Easter. Have a wonderful holiday!!
