- pages 23-26 will be done in class
- handwriting worksheets for 23-26 will be coming home
for homework
- Social Studies
- We are learning about cardinal directions and how to
use them while reading and using maps
- We got behind last week and we will now have a quiz on
Thursday October 10th. A study guide should be coming home on Monday.
We will also be practicing in school.
Important Reminders:
- please review the dress code regulations
- This week is Homecoming Spirit Week. Please follow the schedule that was sent
home last week or that is located on the orange Oct. calendar.
- Please refer to the following guidelines when dressing
up for Spirit Week
- If
you are dressing in a costume for a theme day, your costume must reflect
the theme! We’re NOT saying your costume must strictly follow our school
dress code, BUT your costume DEFINITELY must be APPROPRIATE TO WEAR TO
SCHOOL. If you aren’t certain that your costume is appropriate, then you
probably shouldn’t wear it!
- If
you are not participating in a theme day by wearing a theme costume,
then you MUST be in regular school dress code attire. No exceptions!
- No
hoodies
- No
masks
- Party
Money is being collected for the Fall Celebration and the Valentine’s Day
party. Please send this money in
ASAP.
- Next
week is Book Fair Week. If you send
in money a head of time with your child, please make sure it is marked
with the amount and in a sealed envelope.
I can hold on to their money until the day of our planned trip
(Monday 10-7)
