In math this week we will be starting Topic 7: Multiplying 2 Digit Numbers. We will finish Topic 7 right before we leave for Christmas break. Please continue to practice all multiplication facts so you can continue improving your speed!
In reading we will be reading the story "Adelina's Whales." We will finish this story right before break as well. Please continue to study your spelling and vocabulary words, as well as the grammar concept, which is outlined in your family times' letter.
Some things to be aware of in are schedule is as follows:
- Monday 12-14-15: All day chorus practice at the high school.
- Wednesday 12-16-15: 4th grade chorus concert at the high school starting at 6:00
- Thursday 12-17-15: Elementary students will go to the high school to see their band and chorus concert.
- Friday 12-18-15: 4th grade will go to Pottsville for the Symphony. We will be back by lunch time.
- Wednesday 12-23-15: 1:00 Dismissal
- Thursday 12-24-15 to 1-3-16: No School
